As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach for Individuals, Managers, and Teams I will work with you to discover your unique set of strengths so you can be even more successful in applying them to your roles.

Your career advancement can be accelerated when you understand your natural strengths and leverage them for better results. You'll be able to get more done on a daily basis and be far more engaged in your job.

When managers and teams understand the strengths of the individuals on their team, you have more positive than negative interactions with each other. What follows is a team that looks forward to going to work and a team that becomes a higher performing team.

People who focus on using their strengths are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life and six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs.”

Learning how to manage conflict more effectively will help you become a more successful leader.

Conflict is inevitable and it simply doesn't feel very good when it happens in the workplace or at home. Often times people know they can't handle conflict well and they decide avoidance is better than doing it wrong or risking things getting worse.

Understanding what triggers your anger, gaining awareness of your constructive and destructive responses when in conflict are the first steps to becoming comfortable and confident in those tough situations.

Conflict costs you and your organization.

We've all felt the cost of mismanaged conflict, feeling disengaged, absenteeism, high levels of stress and illness. Learning how to resolve conflict and having the ability to work through difficult conversations create a positive conflict culture. This is empowering and healthy for you and your organization.
